|The bipartisan NARAB Reform Act was introduced byRepresentatives David Scott and Geoff Davis in early 2008. Thislegislation modifies the original NARAB provisions of theGramm-Leach-Bliley Act to immediately establish NARAB as a private,non-profit entity managed by a board composed of insuranceregulators and marketplace representatives.
