Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. said it has acquiredSpokane, Wash.-based Char Clark Associates Inc. Terms of the dealwere not released.
|Wells Fargo said Char Clark provides group and individualhealth, life, disability, dental and vision coverages--focusing onthe employee and executive benefit needs of customers ranging insize from one to several hundred employees. The firm has been inbusiness 24 years.
|Charlaine "Char" Clark, the principal, and her team willtransition operations into the Wells Fargo Insurance Servicesoffice in Spokane.
|Wells Fargo Insurance Services, headquartered in Chicago, is theinsurance brokerage subsidiary of San Fransico-based Wells Fargo& Company, a diversified financial services company.
