ICW Group announced DIC Program, which offers homeowner'sassociations and multi-family condos expanded coverage forbuildings of wood frame construction built after 1975. The programis being offered through ICW Group's member companies and iscurrently not available from other carriers.
|The enhanced Condo/HOA program expands building definitions toinclude foundations, ground floor and subterranean parking, unitowners' permanent fixtures, and coverage for maintenance fees andassociation dues up to the requested limit. The program alsoprovides automatic coverage for underground utilities, electronicand computer equipment, valuable papers and records, architecturaland engineering costs, and additional security. Optional coveragesare available for additional property and appurtenant structures,such as fences, gates, and pools.
