Aon Corporation said it has appointed Paul Hagy as corporatetreasurer, replacing Diane Aigotti, who left the Chicago-basedbrokerage in April.

Mr. Hagy, the firm said, will be responsible for capitalmanagement, money and capital markets, financial risk management,cash management, bank and rating agency relationships, andoperational risk management. He also will work on long-rangecorporate planning activities, said Aon

Previously, he was vice president, investments and treasury. Hejoined Aon in 2002 as assistant treasurer, and he has also heldcorporate treasury positions at GE Capital Corporation, HellerFinancial and Household International. Mr. Hagy has 18 years ofcorporate treasury and finance experience, Aon said.
