Innovation Group has announced final shareholder approval of theacquisition of Choice Certified Solutions and the official launchof the Innovation Property Managed Network, a network of providerscommitted to a suite of fully integrated property damage solutions.The network brings together the collective assets of ChoiceCertified Solutions and Innovation First Notice's ClaimCaptureintake platform as well as the resources across three servicecenters with 24x7 availability.

Primary services offered through the network include contractorsthat provide both mitigation and structural repair services alongwith partnerships with building supply networks. All services arebuilt upon an event-driven management model, helping to ensurecustomer satisfaction while providing a strict focus on cycle timemanagement. The network will supply coverage in six states withnationwide coverage planned by the end of 2008.
