Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc. announced that Robert T.Kingsley has joined the Arrowhead commercial division seniormanagement team as president of the specialty contractors,commercial auto and surety programs.

Kingsley will report to Bill Trzos, Arrowhead's commercialdivision president. He will be responsible for the underwriting,customer service and operations departments and work with Trzos tomanage current and create new carrier relationships. He will alsohelp develop marketing strategies and additional products to meetthe insurance needs of new and existing Arrowhead customers.

Prior to joining Arrowhead, Kingsley founded the J L BusinessManagement, LLC in 2006. Previously, he held positions at FinancialPacific Insurance Company, Xerox Corporation, Amwest SuretyInsurance Company and the U.S. Department of Treasury. He earnedhis MBA in finance in 1992 and attended the Harvard Business SchoolStrategic Marketing Management program in 1997. In 2002, he servedas vice chairman of the board of directors for the Alliance ofAmerican Insurers.
