Kevin Prior

ICW Group has named Kevin Prior president of its Independence Casualty and Surety subsidiary. He replaces John Hannum, former executive vice president of surety and president of ICS.

Prior has been with ICW Group for 18 years and remains president and CEO of ICW Group and president of its Explorer Insurance Co. subsidiary. In 2004, he became one of the youngest company presidents in the industry when he was promoted to these positions.ICW Group has also promoted Doug Browne to senior vice president and managing director of its surety division. He will oversee day-to-day activities.
