Restoration professionals who encounter damaged art as theyinspect damaged structures can choose the Chicago ConservationCenter from a dropdown list and immediately send the assignmentwhile on the job site. When an assignment is received, the ChicagoConservation Center can coordinate efforts immediately to mitigatedamage and develop a customized treatment plan. The assignmentfiles can include photos and other detailed information about theart that will help conservation experts immediately begin theprocess of stabilizing and restoring the art. Conservationestimates can be electronically returned to the assignment sendersvia Xactware's real time network.
