Thetool will provide policyholders with an easy-to-use online surveyformat. The Web site is available to all Mueller customers,supplying carriers with another method to update their book ofbusiness and make efficient policy rating decisions.

MyInsuranceSurvey.com will offerpolicyholders the ability to complete the survey at their ownconvenience; the ability to upload their own photographs, andassistance for completing the survey, if necessary.
