|The CPCU Society officers and governors were installed yesterdayduring the organization's annual business meeting in Hawaii.
|Mr. Britt, a managing director with Marsh USA Inc. in Charlotte,N.C., succeeds Betsey L. Brewer as president. In addition, MarvinKell was named president-elect, Douglas J. Holtz was named vicepresident, and Larry L. Klein continues his term assecretary-treasurer.
