MajescoMastek, an IT solutions player with global operationsproviding new technology and IP-led enterprise solutions toinsurance, has announced the acquisition of Vector InsuranceServices, a technology solutions provider and third-partyadministrator that focuses on the North American life and annuityindustry.

Vector provides policy acquisition, administration, andprocessing solutions to customers in the North American lifeinsurance industry. The company has more than 25 employees withexpertise in the insurance space. MajescoMastek's scale ofoperations and IP-led capabilities, combined with Vector's clienttrack record and presence in the U.S. insurance space, are expectedto enable significant leverage across multiple points in the valuechain. Following this transaction, Vector Insurance Services willoperate as VectorMastek.
