Building cost data and estimating technology provider to theproperty insurance industry, MSB, has recently unveiled a newsoftware upgrade to their web-based property estimatingapplication, IntegriClaim Express (ICX).
|ICX 2.4 is designed to speed structure and content estimatingprocesses and calculate more accurate partial-loss property claimestimates. According to MSB, the claim-estimating software tool ishosted on the MSB Express secure web platform and contains a newfeature called Property Appraisal Web Service (PAWS) that includesinternet contents replacement search capabilities. PAWSautomatically maintains an accurate database by importing newproduct data into the contents pricing database as required.
|According to MSB, the new software features are available on newICX installations and is a free upgrade to current users.
