Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the brokerage hasacquired Financial Profiles Inc., located in Coral Springs, Fla.Terms of the deal were not released.
|Founded in 1981, Financial Profiles is a specialty retail lifeinsurance agency. They specialize in life policies, lifesettlement, premium financing and estate planning for theirfamily-clients primarily in the Southeast.
|Karen Tharp, James Tharp, the agency's principals, and sevenemployees will continue to operate in their current location underthe direction of David Ziegler, executive vice president-Easternregion of Gallagher Benefit Services Inc., a subsidiary of Itasca,Ill.-based Arthur J. Gallagher.
