Paddy Jago has been named chief executive officer of Willis Re,in New York, the United States reinsurance unit of London-basedWillis Group Holdings.
|Mr. Jago, previously the president of the unit, succeeds PeterHearn, who was promoted to CEO of Willis Re global operations inJune.
|John Ehinger will become president for Willis Re in the UnitedStates in addition to his current responsibilities as chiefoperating officer.
|Mr. Jago joined Willis Re in the U.S. in July 2005 as presidentwith a primary focus on increasing sales. Previously, Mr. Jago wasCEO of North American Re for Aon Re, overseeing the property,casualty, and accident and health departments.
|Mr. Ehinger joined Willis Re in September 1998 as a vicepresident, was promoted to senior vice president in 2000 andexecutive vice president in 2004. He was appointed managingdirector in 2005.
