Florida Insurance Council Chair Tom Koval has appointed an ad hoc committee on advocacy to receive recommendations from FIC's standing committees with the goal of establishing a uniform position on legislative and regulatory topics. "We're looking at gauging the views of our many companies and building a consensus on various issues," said FIC Vice President Greg Laundry.
|The committee consists of current FIC officers, past chairs, and other long-time executive committee members. The members are Tom Koval, FCCI Group; George Grawe, Allstate Insurane Co.; Bill Dudley, AFLAC; Kurt Driscoll, FPIC; Mike Jennings, Prudential Financial; Steven Smith, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida; Rob Henderson, USAA; Andy Matinez, Nationwide; and Guy Marvin, FIC president.
