Insurance rating and information organization A.M. Best Company has developed a podcast, a series of audio files available over the Internet, focusing on claim technology.
|In conjunction with A.M. Best's upcoming E-Fusion Conference, the podcast's episodes include interviews with technology personnel associated with the conference. Currently there are five episodes, the most recent among them featuring Randy Wheeler, CEO/founder of Valley Oak Systems.
|According to the company, in the latest edition Wheeler explored topics such as managing claims through technology and achieving better returns. The podcast is available on the web here.
