The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company hasbecome the 33rd agency system company to join the IndependentInsurance Agents & Brokers of America's Trusted Choicemarketing effort.

Ronald A. Smith, IIABA brand program board chairman andpresident of Smith, Sawyer & Smith Inc., a Rochester,Ind.-based Trusted Choice agency, said the group is “thrilled” toadd the Hartford, Conn.-based specialty insurer and reinsurer tothe branding program.

Richard H. Booth, president and chief executive officer withHartford Steam Boiler, said, “Trusted Choice is an importantprogram that benefits agents and brings real value topolicyholders.”
