Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT), producer of DocFinity software, has announced a software partnership with Town & Country Computer Services, whose main product, the INSurance PROcessing System (INSPRO), was designed for smaller to midsize insurance firms.

|

Integrating the DocFinity core (an electronic document management system) gives companies a tool to be able to generate more premium volume and compete in the marketplace more efficienctly. The DocFinity Imaging System aims to provide easy scanning, imaging, and retrieval of insurance documents. DocFinity and INSPRO integrate seamlessly. The benefits of the partnership enable Town & Country customers to streamline their processes, dramatically reduce both paper and file cabinet storage, and process work faster. The intention is to allow company underwriters and claim processors to access quickly policyholders' information.

With the addition of DocFinity to INSPRO, policies, claims, photos, quotes, and correspondence can be scanned and stored in one repository with capabilities to view the items through a Web browser. Locating that paperwork is as simple as striking an onscreen image button in INSPRO.
