Guidewire Software, a provider of solutions forproperty/casualty and workers' compensation insurers, announcedJeffrey Simpson has joined the company as chief executive officerand chairman of the board of directors. Simpson is a veteran ofmore than 30 years in information technology and more than 20 yearsin software. He has been CEO of multiple companies, most recentlyat Viewlocity, a provider of supply chain management solutions. Hepreviously led major software divisions as executive vice presidentat i2 Technologies and senior vice president at Oracle.
