Arbitration Forums, a nonprofit provider of dispute resolutionservices, has created an arbitrator training and certificationprogram. AF arbitrators are required to participate in the programthat examines the new process for reviewing cases, making adecision, and explaining that decision. It also helps developwriting skills.
