The American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance PracticeSection and the American Insurance Association have scheduled theirsecond joint insurance litigation conference, “Tools for ConqueringNew Frontiers and Familiar Foes,” for June 9-10 in Chicago.
|The conference is intended to provide a comprehensiveexploration of challenging insurance litigation developments,according to its organizers. “The conference will address a widerange of topics of importance to all segments of the insuranceindustry,” said Craig A. Berrington, AIA senior vice president andgeneral counsel. “The topics have been selected by industryleaders, and the speakers include corporate counsel, defenseattorneys, current and former state insurance regulators, and othernoted experts.”
