|The company will be a licensed, full-service title and escrowcompany providing real estate settlements and title insuranceservices in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
|Thomas R. Healy, Esq. will serve as Valley National's presidentand general counsel after his previous title of chief operatingofficer at Baldacci Communications LLC.
