GCH Appraisal Services and Thomas R. Healy announced thecreation of Valley National Title Company, which will beginoperations in September at its headquarters in Bethesda,Maryland.
|The new company will be a licensed, full-service title andescrow company providing real estate settlements and titleinsurance services in Maryland, the District of Columbia andVirginia.
|Mr. Healy will serve as Valley National's president and generalcounsel, according to GCH.
