Fiserv Uveils New Claim Management System
NU Online News Service, Dec. 10, 3:53 p.m. EST?Fiserv Insurance Solutions, a unit of Fiserv, Inc. and a provider of solutions for the insurance industry, said insurers can streamline complex processes through its new Claims Workstation Version 5, the Web-based version of the company's claim management system.
"Claims Workstation Version 5 extends property-casualty insurers' capability to improve customer service, increase operational efficiency, and contain management expense," said Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv. The product features an open architecture and platform independence while using the J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) platform, which enables users to make business process and logic changes in a centralized environment.
