HUB Adds Name To Subsidiaries

|HUB International said it has grown rapidly since its creationin 1998 to a current revenue base of approximately $400 million inNorth America.
|The following retail subsidiaries to bear the HUB name are:
|? C.J. McCarthy Insurance Agency will change to HUBInternational New England.
|? Kaye Insurance Associates will change to HUB InternationalNortheast.
|? Martin Assurance & Gestion de Risques will change to HUBInternational Quebec.
|? HUB Group (Ontario) will change to HUB InternationalOntario.
|? Barton Insurance Brokers will change to HUB InternationalBarton.
|Already operating as "HUB International" companies are HUBInternational Midwest, HUB International California, HubInternational Illinois, and Hub International TOS.
