NU Online News Service, July 14, 12:47 p.m.EDT?ADP Claims Services Group and CSi Complete announcedtoday they will integrate CSi's research on collision repairsatisfaction, along with other repair cycle metrics, into ADPDispatch, a Web-based claims management application.

According to San Ramon, Calif.-based ADP, Dispatch streamlinesscheduling of appraisal resources on claims. The research will be akey performance metrics module in ADP's claims managementapplication that provides real-time, centralized access toelectronic claim data.

The module will enable carriers to efficiently identify repairfacilities to ensure the highest possible levels of service andsatisfaction for each individual assignment, ADP said.

These metrics, including the CSi Complete research results, willalso be available to individual repair facilities so theyunderstand and can improve the performance criteria on which theirinsurance customers make business decisions, ADP said.

"This is a collaborative effort which leverages and combines theopen architecture of our claims management platform and tool setand CSi Complete's core competency of surveying the customerexperience," said Stephen Applebaum, vice president of claimsworkflow services for ADP.

Both companies said they will continue to offer their respectiveproducts and services independently and together, based on customerrequirements.

These research measurements will be available bothelectronically and via the Internet.
