|Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
|Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Brown & Brown said the agency,with $2.5 in annual revenue, is a multi-line commercial insuranceagency serving the property-casualty, employee benefits andpersonal insurance needs of Central California's residents andbusinesses.
|The broker said that J.C. Whilt would combine with an existingSanta Barbara, Calif., Brown & Brown office, MFC&VInsurance Services.
