Kaye Acquires C.S. Nenner In N.J.
|NU Online News Service, Sept. 10, 2:57 p.m.EST?Kaye Insurance Associates, the New York-based retailbrokerage, has acquired the C.S. Nenner Inc. agency based inBordentown, N.J.
|The announcement was made by Kaye's parent, Chicago-basedinsurance broker Hub International, Ltd. Details of the transactionwere not disclosed.
|Nenner, a specialist in transportation and warehousing coveragefor the trucking business, has 15 employees and reported revenuesof $3 million in 2001. Founded in 1992, the agency has been managedby three principals, Howard Nenner, chairman, Richard Minerva,president, and Gregory Kroeger, secretary and treasurer.
|All three will remain with the agency in Bordentown, the firmsaid, and would be named first vice presidents at KIA. The agencyis to operate as a division of KIA.
