|The Daytona Beach, Fla. ? based insurance broker said theacquisition became effective Jan. 1. Terms were not disclosed.
|Virgil N. Sestito, the sole proprietor of the agency, and hisstaff will join existing Brown and Brown offices in Rome, N.Y.
