Corrections and Clarifications

As with any large directory of hundreds of vendors and products,mistakes made their way into our 2002 TechConnect buyers guide.Several companies products did not make it into the directory atpress time as well.

We apologize for any errors; here are the corrected andadditional listings.

In the Policy AdministrationGeneral category, we inadvertentlylisted Applied Systems as being in Ontario, Canada. Although thecompany maintains an office in Toronto, its headquarters is inbeautiful University Park, Illinois.

In the Policy AdministrationP&C category, we listed P&CeComponents Plus as being made by MTW of Lenexa, Kans. In July2001, MTW was acquired by The Innovation Group, which isheadquartered in Hartford, Conn.

In the Underwriting category, we did not list completeinformation about the server compatibility of MPO GroupseAppCapture Fulfillment. The product runs on Windows NT/2000, ODBC,J2EE, DB2, and R/ODBMS servers. It is ACORD compliant.

Thanks to a domain name mix-up, we published incorrectinformation about Millbrook, maker of Beacon, in the Data Miningcategory. It is headquartered in Center Valley, Penn., and itscorrect domain is millbrookinc.com, not millbrook.com (whichbelongs to a different Millbrook making a different technology).The full, correct, listing is:
