If your field claims people have felt totaled by estimatingprocesses, Mitchell thinks its new version will add some blue bookvalue to their outlook. UltraMate 4.7's new features include cycletime data fields, which allow collision shops to track eventsinvolved with repairs; enhanced mail merge, which usesadministrative information from the UltraMate database to generatemore personalized form letters; and OEM parts notes, which displaynew part details on printed estimates and footnote remanufacturedand discontinued parts.
Version 4.7-as with previous releases-allows open transfer ofinformation between UltraMate and body shop management systems.
