Each year, the Great Places® to Work Institute ranks companies in various sectors as being the best workplaces in the U.S. because they foster "trust, pride and camaraderie." The slideshow above reveals the P&C insurance businesses that foster those key employee satisfaction markers in 2020. Note that our presentation highlights the percentage of employees at each company that considers it to be a great place to work; it is not a complete reflection of the Great Place to Work® rankings. The Great Place to Work® Institute analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing nearly 782,000 employees working in the financial services and insurance industry in the United States to compile its list for 2020.
