Sedgwick Claims Management closes deal to complete purchase of T&H Global Holdings, VeriClaim Inc., VRS VeriClaim U.K. and more

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. has completed its purchase of T&H Global Holdings and its subsidiaries.

The acquisition brings the people, business resources and global market presence of T&H's subsidiaries, which include VeriClaim Inc., VRS VeriClaim U.K. Ltd., Unified Investigations & Sciences Inc., Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Assocs. Inc. and Ellis May Chartered Loss Adjusters. Through these subsidiaries, T&H provides specialized claims services, including property loss adjusting, field investigation, third-party claims management and fire and forensic information services. These services notably complement Sedgwick's existing capabilities.

"Together, Sedgwick and the VeriClaim and T&H companies offer the combined expertise of more than 12,000 experienced and talented colleagues," said president and CEO David A. North. "The addition of capabilities in property adjusting services, specialized desktop offerings and forensic investigations will allow us to respond in a more comprehensive manner during the times when our clients need us the most."

The closing of the deal expands Sedgwick's international footprint to better serve clients who operate globally. It further reinforces Sedgwick's position as the leading provider of specialized claims and productive management solutions.

"We are excited to officially join the Sedgwick organization today," said president and CEO of T&H Global Holdings. "By joining forces, Sedgwick and the T&H companies will be able to provide the industry's most robust menu of multifaceted claims services to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients."
