Ingenie has selected SAS Office Analytics to enhance its use of telematics data and deliver behavior-based pricing and marketing programs to its customers. Ingenie will analyze huge volumes of data on driving behaviors and patterns to improve customer pricing accuracy and insurance premiums.

Patriot National Insurance Group announces the pilot of WorkersCompExpert, a suite of web based systems developed by Vikaran Solutions. Patriot is unveiling a pilot program to ensure a smooth transition towards full deployment. WorkersCompExpert consists of several modules including agency portal, policy, billing, claims, reinsurance, and a customer portal

Capital Insurance has launched CIG Mobile which utilizes Decision Research Corporation’s iPhone and Android mobile apps for GameChanger.  DRC’s iPhone and Android app design allows Capital to integrate with their legacy policy admin system to launch CIG Mobile. 

United Fire Group has selected Jarus’ Mobile solution for the accelerated implementation of self-service mobile applications for its agents and policyholders. Jarus Agent Center and Jarus Customer Center applications are customizable, ready-to-deploy native apps for iPhone, Android and Windows Phone devices. UFG will be customizing and branding three applications—two apps targeting life and property and casualty (P&C) agents, and a policyholder app.

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance selected to support all enterprise customer communications activity. Brotherhood needed to adopt a modern, multichannel platform in order to move away from the existing legacy policy print solution, support all enterprise customer communications, and enable the continued use of existing customer communications templates.

Connecticut Interlocal Risk Management Agent (CIRMA) has selected two Insurity solutions for implementation.  Insurity’s Policy Decisions and Portal Decisions will be deployed as Insurity hosted solutions to provide CIRMA a current technology environment with workflow and processing.

Foresters has deployed iGO, an electronic fillable form accessible via a cloud-based platform from iPipeline to automate and accelerate the marketing, selling and processing of their products in U.S. distribution. 

Hannover Re Africa owned Compass Insurance has chosen iPartners to combine multiple data sources and provide a flexible reporting tool with built-in P&C expertise and business content.
