Brazeal: “We attribute our ratings to a combination of business experience and system knowledge and our dedication to solving sales and operational challenges within life and annuity insurance organizations.”
How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs?
Brazeal: “We continually solicit feedback on our products and services in an effort to improve and evolve. From a relationship management perspective, we are in constant contact with our clients. From a software maintenance standpoint, we hold monthly user meetings and an annual conference where clients are given the opportunity to share experiences with their peers to determine how they can be more efficient using the tools and services we provide them.”
What are some of the positive developments your company has achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid a crowded solution-provider market?
Brazeal: “We’ve strengthened our strategic partnerships with insurance industry member-only organizations to better serve our clients more holistically including the National Association of Fixed Annuities, Insured Retirement Institute, Depository and Trust Clearing Corporation, and Association of Cooperative Research and Development. We delivered all requested product enhancements without additional cost to our clients and continued to run our product with zero defects. In addition, we’ve introduced new niche products geared toward translating their native system data to the ACORD and DTCC standards so they can reap the benefits of standardizing their internal and external communications.”
