2013 RAVE Award Winner: Systema Software

Product: SIMS Claims

Company: Systema Software
Product: SIMS Claims
Representative: Jose Tribuzio, CEO

To what do you attribute the positive ratings from your customers?
Tribuzio: “At Systema Software, we embrace two guiding principles. First, we want to deliver the best claims solution. We developed SIMS Claims as  a “next generation” tool in terms of the speed and performance of our technology platform. Many customers are impressed with the completeness of SIMS. It offers insurers a robust set of features and functions that can handle any insurer’s claims-handling requirements, and its design improves examiner productivity, efficiency and focus. Second, we’re committed to delivering a superior level of support, focused on client needs and personalized one-on-one communication with our customers.”

How do you communicate with your customers to meet their needs?
Tribuzio: “Our customers are of utmost importance. After implementation and over the years, we’ve stayed in close contact with our clients, ensuring they continue to configure and optimize SIMS Claims to achieve their business objectives—in particular to enhance performance, productivity, and profitability in day-to-day operations. If clients have technical issues, we respond quickly. Our prompt turnaround has garnered praise among our clients. In addition, clients understand we’re continually investing in our product roadmap. They provide product input that drives development and our entire user community benefits from these contributed ideas.”

What are some of the positive developments your company has achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid a crowded solution-provider market?
Tribuzio: “Several developments were well received by customers and the market. Chief among them was SIMS Insight, our business intelligence module that utilizes data cubes, dynamic reports, and predictive models to deliver information at faster speeds and with greater agility. Clients can use findings to improve claim results, reduce program costs, and minimize future risk. With a few clicks, business-level users—rather than IT staff—create ad hoc reports and user-friendly charts with ease. We also launched our SIMS Cloud environment and SIMS Mobile apps.”
