How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs and ensure new product development and enhancement of older solutions meet their needs?PETROGIANNIS: "We have a methodology for mapping a customer's business requirements to the appropriate e-signature and e-transaction functions. This allows us to create solutions unique to a customer's processes and business needs and to consistently make appropriate resources available during implementation. We also have dedicated customer relationship managers that ensure each customer has a strong voice in product development. This allows us to incorporate functionality and enhancements that benefit the industry at large."
