To what do you attribute the positive ratings from your customers that earned you a RAVE Award?
PETROGIANNIS: “Our success comes from making customer experience one of our top goals. Until a customer is in production, we don’t consider our job complete. It’s also important to understand the requirements of the insurance industry. As an active member in industry associations and technology work groups, we’re consistently deepening our expertise to better serve carriers, agents, and our partners. Add a decade of bringing some of the top carriers online with e-signatures and we have developed an implementation methodology based on best practices for any size carrier to enable e-signatures and e-transactions to be successfully implemented.”

How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs and ensure new product development and enhancement of older solutions meet their needs?
PETROGIANNIS: “We have a methodology for mapping a customer’s business requirements to the appropriate e-signature and e-transaction functions. This allows us to create solutions unique to a customer’s processes and business needs and to consistently make appropriate resources available during implementation. We also have dedicated customer relationship managers that ensure each customer has a strong voice in product development. This allows us to incorporate functionality and enhancements that benefit the industry at large.”

What are some of the positive developments your company has achieved in the past year to inspire loyalty with your customers and make your product stand out amid a crowded solution-provider market?
PETROGIANNIS: “To meet consumer demand, we introduced support for mobile devices so insurance carriers could use the mobile channel not only for customer engagement but also to empower the agent channel to close business face-to-face. We also partnered with electronic application service provider Ebix, which complements our existing relationship with Aplifi and enables us to offer an integrated approach to e-signatures to the agencies using these services.”
