To what do you attribute the positive ratings from your customers?
Lasher: “Obtaining and leveraging good business intelligence is a significant business challenge for p&c companies. They aren’t so much interested in the technology behind it; they just want BI solutions that work for the business users. This is where iPartners is especially strong. We have the proven technology, a wealth of data, a solution designed for business users, and a team committed to serving our clients and making sure they are able to leverage BI to its full potential.”

How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs?
Lasher: “Being a SaaS provider requires us to maintain constant client monitoring—what is being used and, more importantly, how things are being used—to find ways to bring additional value such as best practices in leveraging data. This open dialogue with our client helps us understand what they would like to see in the solution and we can prioritize our development accordingly. We also have a client advisory board that meets to help us set product direction and priorities. In fact, the last two major releases have been a direct result of our advisory board’s input.”

What are some of the positive developments your company has achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid a crowded solution-provider market?
Lasher: “iPartners is focused on client success with service as the backbone of what we deliver. We have reorganized our production support group into dedicated client teams, enabling us to deliver a deeper knowledge of each client’s business and solution, while also establishing a closer relationship with their users. We initiated an annual client-roadmap meeting, visiting with the executive leadership to gain insights to strategies and direction. This provides an invaluable opportunity to learn more about their goals and priorities while determining where iPartners services and solutions can deliver additional value.”
