To what do you attribute the positive ratings from your customers?

In 2011, we processed over six million claims globally, using our own claims software, Insurer Claims. Insurer Claims offers strong core claims management functionality with pre-built interfaces, claims analytics, and advanced capabilities, such as catastrophe and fraud management, and comprehensive supply chain management functionality to help insurers achieve greater value.”
How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs?
King: “Innovation Group works in most of the world’s largest insurance markets, offering software and business services focused on claims for personal, commercial and specialty lines. Our customers provide input into our ongoing R&D process on a regular basis. This happens through regular customer meetings, project implementations, customer advisory board meetings, and through our own performance benchmarks in our business process operations. Insights from across our broad customer and market base infuse the company, and subsequently our solutions, with new ideas, insights, best practices and innovation.”
What are some of the positive developments your company has achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid a crowded solution-provider market?
King: “Our commitment to innovation and R&D, offering flexible deployment options, quality customer implementations, and supporting day-to-day insurance operations for our clients demonstrates our ability to support operational and strategic needs for insurers across the industry. Recently, we expanded the use of Insurer Claims within our own operations, introduced new solutions and capabilities that further extend Insurer Claims. Additionally, Insurer Analytics has new pre-defined KPIs, dashboards and specific business analysis for areas such as fraud with tablet support.”
