The Hanover Insurance Group is sponsoring the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame's 2013 Class Announcement, the second time the property and casualty insurer has been involved with the sports award.
“We're very excited to sponsor this marquis event for the second year in a row,” says Dick Lavey, senior vice president, field operations and marketing at The Hanover. “Our company has a longstanding commitment to community, youth and excellence, and it made sense to partner with an organization that inspires young people to work to achieve excellence and reach their full potential—and always doing it with integrity.”
The official announcement will be broadcast live on NBA TV from Atlanta on the morning of April 8, or Championship Monday of the NCAA Men's Final Four.
