Mainstreet America promotes 4: The Main Street America Group elected four new officersMark Friedlander, Kathy Killgore, Matt McColley and Lisa Murman. Friedlander leads Main Street's corporate communications function, in Jacksonville, Fla. Killgore is director of claims in Syracuse, N.Y. McColley is director of claims technical, also based out of Jacksonville. Murman is director of business technology in Jacksonville.

EPIC adds principal: EPIC (Edgewood Partners Insurance Center) hired Stan Sanchez as principal in its San Francisco office. Sanchez now manages the Historic Motor Sport Assn. Program and the risk management needs of high net worth clients. Sanchez holds 10 years industry experience.

Enservio appoints president/COO: Software-as-a-service-provider Enservio hired Chris Schoettle as the company's new president and chief operating officer. Schoettle has more than 25 years industry experience. He now is responsible for sales, product managing and marketing, service operations, and engineering.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Execs acquire Gill and Roeser: Senior executives—Steven Bolland and Dale Myer—acquired Gill and Roeser and Gill and Roeser Holdings from the estate of its late co-founder, Kirk Roeser. The firm will remain independent.

Bollinger buys out Creative Agency: Bollinger announced its acquisition of Creative Agency Group, based out of Holmdel, N.J. Bollinger is already the nation's 17th largest agency. In a press release, Bollinger executives said, "The acquisition of Creative Agency is a natural fit with Bollinger's overall strategic plan."

New Programs

Glatfelter adds cyber liability program: Glatfelter Public Practice, a part of Glatfelter Program Managers, introduced a new cyber liability and privacy crisis management expense coverage program for municipalities and water-related entities across the nation. Coverage is triggered by dada breaches wherein public entities could be held legally accountable.

Applied Systems announces Epic 6 release date: The insurance software company Applied Systems announced April 27 as the general release date for Epic 6, its newest management software. New to Epic 6 is a more streamlined agent-carrier communications feature, enhanced policy marketing workflows, expanded real-time options and new methods of information exchange.
