Zurich, Switzerland-based ACE Limited announced that John Keogh, chairman, Insurance-Overseas General, has been named to the additional position of vice chairman for ACE Limited and ACE Group Holdings.
The company said Mr. Keogh's responsibilities encompass ACE's property and casualty and accident and health insurance operations outside North America--including retail broker-distributed business in Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
He is also responsible for the wholesale-broker distributed business via a London-based international excess and surplus lines company.
Mr. Keogh joined ACE in 2006 and has been in the p&c insurance business for 25 years.
