Kathleen Waslov has been appointed senior vice president and senior resource consultant at Willis. She will be located in Boston and will work jointly with the captive consulting and multinational employee benefits practices.
Waslov's focus will be to work with and advise Willis clients in discussing their options regarding captives and/or other funding alternatives for employee benefit programs. She joins Willis from Towers Watson where she was an advisor to organizations on solutions for financing large employee benefit liabilities.
