MarketScout Wholesale, an electronic insurance exchange that underwrites and distributes product lines to a member agency network nationwide and in Canada, has opened an office in Tampa. Leading the Florida operations is Senior Broker Greg Lyons. Prior to joining the company, Lyons was a property broker with Appalachian Underwriters and CRC Insurance Services. www.marketscout.com.
