The National Association of Insurance Commissioners released the following list of 2010 committee chairs and vice chairs:
o Connecticut Insurance Commissioner Thomas Sullivan will chair the Life Insurance and Annuities Committee. Adam Hamm, North Dakota Insurance Commissioner, will be the vice chair.
o Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger will chair the Health Insurance and Managed Care Committee. Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Joel Ario will be the vice chair.
o Illinois Insurance Director Michael McRaith will chair the Property and Casualty Insurance Committee. Scott Richardson, South Carolina Insurance Director, will be vice chair.
o New Hampshire Insurance Commissioner Roger Sevigny will chair the Market Regulation and Consumer Affairs Committee. Missouri Insurance Director John Huff will be vice chair.
o Virginia Insurance Commissioner Alfred Gross will chair the Financial Condition Committee. Rhode Island Insurance Superintendent Joseph Torti, III will be vice chair.
o Mr. Torti will chair the Financial Regulation Standards and Accreditation Committee. Leslie Newman, Tennessee Insurance Commissioner, will be vice chair.
o Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty will chair the International Insurance Relations Committee. New York Insurance Superintendent James Wrynn will be vice chair.
