Victor O. Schinnerer & Co. announces its technology E&O program,TechVantage, is now available on an admitted basis in 27 states and the District of Columbia. Filing is under way and additional state approvals are expected regularly.
Schinnerer can write technology firms with up to $50 million in revenues as well as start-up firms with experienced principals. Minimum premium is $950. The program also is available on an E&S basis should a risk require a non-admitted policy.

- System designers
- Application service providers
- Value added resellers
- Network communication providers
The base policy includes coverage for personal injury, failure to prevent unauthorized access to a customer'ssystem, punitive damages, annual aggregate deductibles, worldwide coverage for suits brought in the U.S.and much more.
Optional coverages are available and include IP infringement, privacy and security, contingent bodily injury and property damage, and defense in addition to the limits of liability.
