Tower Group Inc. will acquire Specialty Underwriters' Alliance Inc. (SUA), Chicago, for $107 million, the New York-based company announced Monday, June 22. The all-stock transaction is expected to close at the end of the year. Tower and SUA offer specialty property/casualty insurance.
