The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has published the assessment rates for the Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund (WCATF) and Special Disability Trust Fund (SDTF). The assessment rate for the WCATF will remain at 0.25 percent for calendar year 2009. The SDTF assessment rate remains at 4.52 percent for the 2008-2009 fiscal year.
