Olympus Insurance Company has decreased base rates for its homeowners' insurance coverage in certain counties and is offering an age-of-home credit on both standard and preferred homeowner policies.
Olympus is offering rate decreases, combined with age-of-home credits, of up to 35 percent to qualified homeowners. The rate decrease will have the greatest effect on 33 inland counties throughout Northern and Central Florida. Base rate decreases apply to both new and renewal business.
