Progressive Employer Services' President and CEO Michael Corley has been elected president of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations. Corley has served in various positions on the association's board of directors since Aug. 2006, including vice president. FAPEO was organized in 1986.
"This is a well-deserved recognition of the many valuable contributions Michael has made to our industry," said Abram Finkelstein, past president of FAPEO and president of StaffLink Outsourcing in Plantation, in a prepared release. "He has a unique national perspective of the employment industry that provides a tremendous advantage. This knowledge, combined with his keen leadership skills, will help position the industry for continued solid growth into the future."
Progressive Employer Services, founded in 1999, is based in Sarasota and has regional offices in Cape Coral, Miami, Palm Harbor, Ocala, Port Orange, and West Palm Beach.
